Things are changing for Digital Pariah, what has been a steady workload over the past year is now coming to an end and it is time to consider what happens next.
There have been a couple of projects brewing here, awaiting their moment, so maybe their moment has come.
But first, there are some things that need to be sorted out. If this company is to transition from a pure consultancy into anything more we will need a web site and we need some mechanisms internally to handle the publishing of that website.
There are a number of Content Management Systems out there, like Movable Type and Word Press. For the moment, though, the web site (with the exception of this blog, powered by Movable Type) will be hand-rolled and published with our own deployment system, which gives us better control over the integration with some of the services we are planning to build.
